GROTON, Conn. (AP) A Connecticut man charged with killing a woman whose body was found in a freezer in Groton will be arraigned on a murder charge. Forty-nine-year-old Luis Otero is due in New London Superior Court on Tuesday. He was arrested Monday and held overnight in lieu of $2 million bail.
